November Recap

Well...I finished second in the $4.40 challenge, despite going in to the last tournament with the lead. I actually got fairly deep in it too, but the guy who won (fitzinabox) just totally hit everything in sight in the last one to take down the challenge. I have nothing at all to complain about, I exceeded my goal, and took a few hundred bucks for my trouble.

As for the rest of poker, I turned a small profit in November, which is partially depressing BUT, given that I was down $400 inside of six days, I'm glad that I was just able to get things back to the good side before adding in rakeback and ironman bonuses. I didn't earn as much rakeback as I'd hoped but this coming month, I'm hoping to get to $500.

I'm doing well right now, and really feel like I've made great strides in the past few weeks and am really learning to play this game properly. If I can keep it up, hopefully in a few months I'll be ready for the leap to $100.
