First Day of July - A wash...

That feels like my first day of July, a total wash out (to borrow a hockey reffing term...)

Played 771 hands today, there were some ups and some downs. I won just over a buyin early, and then lost four buyins back, then made three buyins, to finish DEAD even, to the exact dollar. I'll get about ten bucks in rakeback though, so the day isn't a total loss.

I posted in the goals thread on fcp though that I'm not setting a monetary goal for the month - instead I just want to focus on solid play. My goal for the month is more stat based than it is result based. I truly believe that if I can execute the game I want to play, the results will follow it.

Today I played around 25/20/3, which is pretty much right were I want to be. A hand or two holding up or a draw getting there and I could have had a decent day. I'm not worried about it - long month ahead, but looking forward to it.
